Black Art introduces color and flair
The rhythmic sounds of John Coltrane floated in the air at the "Black Art Show" Feb. 21. The show was put on by the African American Student Alliance and was held in the University of La Verne's West Dining Room.
Davenport brings beach to students
For some students at the University of La Verne, the beach is too far to travel out to on weekends, so Davenport Dining Services decided to bring the beach to them on Saturday afternoon by bringing in sand, a doughboy pool, and setting up volleyball nets in Sneaky Park.
