Many things happen over the span of nine years. I, for one, have lived in eight separate apartments in four states on opposing sides of the country. My hair has gone through many phases of colors. I’ve gone through about 50 goldfish.

I am a Southern California stereotype. Last Sunday, I woke up and attended a yoga class that is within walking distance.

I am full of passion, most of which is directed toward transportation and its many subcategories. I am passionate about cars, mechanics and driving in general. After I moved to Los Angeles almost three years ago, I became passionate – in a hateful way – toward traffic.

In the Oct. 24 edition of the Campus Times, I broke my routine of administration, construction and budget articles and covered an extremely unfortunate, yet important issue.

A few things about me: I commute a long distance to ULV, I am not a morning person, and I am easily distracted. Therefore, I am perpetually in a hurry to my classes.

To most, the fall brings enthusiasm for the Los Angeles County Fair. Though I am a sucker for corn on the cob, my real excitement draws from the horseracing at the Fairplex.
