Leopards stretch toward success
The La Verne women's volleyball team had its season opener against Masters College last Friday, Sept 5. One of three other teams including Lewis and Clark and Embry-Riddle University, La Verne would have to face in pool play at Whittier College in the 13th Annual Whittier College Volleyball Invitational.
Women’s tennis remains optimistic
Taking on the team from Lewis and Clark University from Oregon on Wednesday, the University of La Verne women's tennis team lost all nine matches to bring it to a 2-10 overall record for the season. The team is 0-6 in SCIAC.
