I listen to music loud on my headphones and listen to it even louder while driving past the University of La Verne campus with my windows down. I know it's annoying. I'm sorry.
Many of you wouldn’t want to be caught listening to songs like Britney Spears’ “Oops, I Did it Again” or Kriss Kross” “Jump” or even the Baha Men’s “Who Let the Dogs Out?” But here at the University of La Verne, some students play these songs loudly for others to hear.
Regarding the editorial "Free expression granted for all" [March 9], I strongly oppose the ideal of free expression at whatever cost. Too many people use the arguments of free expression as a means to force their forms of expression on others.
