Since the announcement of AT&Ts $39 million plan to takeover T-Mobile, the U.S. Justice Department has filed an antitrust lawsuit against the company to stop a takeover that would spell trouble for future customers.

They can be found anywhere. From street corners, to grocery stores to that car weaving in and out of lanes in front of you on the freeway. Cell phone use is no longer a luxury. It has become a necessity and some people are foregoing the use of the traditional phone line, trading in their land line for a phone they can take anywhere and everywhere.

Cell phone users – at least those choosing the so-called smart phone variety – could be at risk of contracting the same kind of viri that can cripple computer users.
