Rochester rains on La Verne’s parade
The La Verne baseball team took on the Rochester Yellowjackets in a doubleheader Saturday at Ben Hines field. They won the first game, 7-2, but were unable to catch up to the Yellowjackets lead in the second game, losing, 8-7.
Leopards sweep Tigers to open SCIAC play
The Leopards’ baseball team completed a series sweep against the Occidental Tigers Tuesday at Ben Hines Field with a 9-5 win in game three of the series.
