Pavilion delays return to normalcy

After a five-month delay, the ULV administration finally approved for the renovation of the Sports Science and Athletic Pavilion, formerly known as the Supertents, to break ground. The target completion date for the pavilion came and went on Oct. 15, leaving the chain link fence up and dirt mounds tall on the construction site.

Commencement kicks off year

Students, faculty and family members participated in graduation festivities at the University of La Verne on Jan. 30, marking the first Winter Commencement service for the University.

Winter ceremony planned

With January coming, the University of La Verne only has three more months to plan for the winter commencement. Scheduled for 3 p.m. Jan. 30 in the Student Center gymnasium, this will be the University's first winter graduation ceremony.

Grads to walk in January

University of La Verne students who finish their coursework in December may get to walk the following January.
