Dear Editor,
I think that we, as students, are all too often ungrateful for the privileges and services we are offered here at La Verne, and we are too quick to criticize. The new pending pre-registration process is one of these services that is taken for granted.
As a sophomore at ULV, I have experienced pre-registration three or four times now and would like to commend our Registrar’s Office. It is obvious that with the new conveniences they have offered students with the prepared packets, registration passes and the booth at which the packets could be picked up required tremendous extra effort and time on their part in order to serve us better.
The booklet of course listings was also a great improvement and very professionally compiled. The information about student services and ULV traditions were nice additions, especially for new students of the University, to read.
I’d like to give a well-deserved “thank you” to the Registrar’s Office for working harder to make this process easier on us, the students.
