Sitting in my office in Luxembourg today and browsing through the WWW, I find the last issue of the CT very interesting ["Scandal sets ASF back," "ASF accounting to change," Sept. 5, 1997].
It was not the Big One that interrupted operations across the University of La Verne campus, but an evacuation drill that hit Tuesday at 2 p.m., which caused the campus to shut down in order to run the mock drill.
In an effort to alleviate academic stress and meet and work with colleagues in their major, four University of La Verne students have established the Society of Physical and Life Science Scholars.
