In a ruling earlier last week, the Federal Communications Commission abandoned its irresolute commitment to net neutrality. This means that Internet service providers such as Comcast and Time Warner can charge a premium fee to businesses who want faster access to customers.

Since the announcement of AT&Ts $39 million plan to takeover T-Mobile, the U.S. Justice Department has filed an antitrust lawsuit against the company to stop a takeover that would spell trouble for future customers.

Like hawks poised to kill, the vendors swoop toward an unsuspecting victim with the question, "How are you doing, miss? Would you mind staying to answer a few questions regarding your present cell phone service?"
