In a recent informal survey on campus, 12 out of 20 students said they enjoy most of the fare at The Spot dining hall, with the fresh fruit selection and the buffet style among the things they like best.

To do our part in contributing to these positive changes, we have compiled a wish list to inform Mahdavi about some of the changes and improvements we believe are most important.

University of La Verne campus dining workers staged a one-day strike against Bon Appétit on Tuesday outside The Spot dining hall.

Following the ongoing battle with an expired contract and a fight for higher wages, University of La Verne Bon Appétit workers joined together on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. to confront University administration and delegate their needs. 

Bon Appétit employees participate in a walkout from The Spot on Tuesday in protest of what they say are unfair working conditions and an outdated union contract.

Bon Appétit employees at the University of La Verne continue to fight for pay raises in their long-overdue renewed contract, which expired in August 2019. Workers went on a strike vote on Tuesday where 100% of the votes made were in favor of authorizing a strike.
