J. Rodney Davis, credited with developing and then directing the University of La Verne Campus Accelerated Program for Adults (CAPA) under La Verne College President Leland Newcomer, died at 5:15 a.m., May 25, at the age of 80.

Project gives parents advice

Last month the David and Margaret Home in La Verne launched the Parent Project, which is a 10 to 16 week parent training program designed specifically for parents of strong-willed or out-of-control adolescent children.
