Fire alarms throughout the residence halls of the Oaks, Stu-Han and Brandt signaled an evacuation drill on Sept. 17. Students living at those three sites were advised to evacuate their rooms immediately and go to a safe designated area, as part of a University-wide disaster preparedness drill.

Due to the increase in the number of the orange and green electric carts on campus, training will now be required for those workers who drive them.

While most students were taking a break between January Interterm and the Spring Semester, the Maintenance Department utilized University property to sell parking for the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) Winter Nation­als on Feb. 3-5.
