The University of La Verne women’s soccer team lost 3-2 to Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Wednesday.

The women’s volleyball team won yet another Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, once again proving to be the pride of ULV athletics. Each of the fall sports, however, worked hard and showed signs of greatness at times.

She is competitive, aggressive, confident and humble. All of these are freshman forward Rebecca Berry. These traits are what every soccer player strives to be. However, there may be one trait besides these that makes Berry unique and puts her over the top of her competition.

The University of La Verne women’s soccer team fell victim to a rigorous Redlands offensive attack losing, 2-0, to the Bulldogs last Saturday at Ben Hines Field in La Verne.
