The Leadership Education and Development program and the Office of Student Activities collaborated to create Leadership Training Week, which took place from Sept. 30 to Oct. 4. Club and organization members were required to attend at least one seminar of the week for funds to be released.

James Mac Gregor Burns and Georgia Sorenson, two prominent scholars and authors, visited the University of La Verne last Tuesday, April 17, as part of the "Coffee, Cake and Conversation" series, which has brought 27 scholars to the University in the past six years.
