The Mexican music performed by Trio Los Compadres, a few words from President Stephen Morgan and Mexican food that included sopes, vegetarian enchiladas, churros, horchata and guava were some of the ingredients that the Latino Heritage Fiesta brought to University of La Verne students on Monday at the Quad.
