Blood drive to help save lives

In effort to help the American Red Cross save lives, the University of La Verne spring blood drive will be held on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. in the Old Gym.

Insurance coverage includes limits, fees

Full-time traditional undergraduate students guaranteed coverage under the University of La Verne's insurance by Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company may face a deductible and a percentage of medical fees if ailments extend beyond coverage limits or are exceptions to insurance coverage.

La Verne insures students

Full-time undergraduates, along with international graduate students, are required to have University Student Medical Insurance, according to school policy. The insurance is available to any student currently enrolled with six units per semester.
