The insurrection that took place on Capitol Hill on Jan. 6 brought chaos and havoc to what already was a tumultuous presidential election. Although Donald Trump was not convicted by the Senate in the resulting impeachment trial, there is no doubt that the former president had major influence over his supporters and the reckless protests that left five people dead and more than 140 injured.

President Donald Trump’s behavior, lying shamelessly, threatening national security brazenly, and disregarding the Constitution and the structure of our government, while he destroys the environment for his own personal gain, may finally be catching up with him. 

Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minnesota, one of the first Muslim woman elected to Congress, has been attacked maliciously by President Donald Trump for comments she made that were taken out of context – she has now received an influx of death threats since President Trump posted a video signaling that Omar was dismissive of the 2001 deadly terrorist attacks.

On Feb. 11, Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar, attracted criticism from President Donald Trump, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the entire Democratic leadership for comments that were labeled as anti-Semitism.

Since China won the bid to host the upcoming summer Olympic Games in 2001, a number of issues have been raised about the ability of the country to host this prestigious event.

Like it or not, we all have things that annoy us, rub us the wrong way, push our buttons, or just plain set us off. For future reference, here are some of my personal top vote-getters, in no particular order.
