This spring it seems that many University of La Verne students have something to say about living on campus, or for some, the need to move off campus. Some are content with living in Brandt, Stu-Han or the Oaks. But others have various reasons for wanting to move away.

As a freshman living in Stu-Han, I had big dreams of moving to the Oaks. It was an American (college student) dream: A co-ed residence hall with micro­waves and refrigerators on every floor. Carpet. Cable hook-ups.
