Tradition continued as 185 new students entered the realm of La Verne life Labor Day weekend for new student orientation. With the theme "Explorientation," the program began at 8 a.m. on Aug. 30 when new students arrived on campus.

Memories at the University of La Verne were relived and reflected upon as approximately 50 seniors, faculty and staff camped out at Pilgrim Pines Camp to participate in Senior Retreat last weekend.

Seniors must pay for memories
Coming to a new school is always tough, but when you are a freshman at college there are a few things that can help you assimilate to the hustle and bustle. If you are a freshman or transfer at the University of La Verne you have the opportunity to go on a overnight retreat to Pilgrim Pines. And even through the trip for most is either memorable or utterly forgettable it still is a big part of being a student at ULV.
