I think that we, as students, are all too often ungrateful for the privileges and services we are offered here at La Verne, and we are too quick to criticize. The new pending pre-registration process is one of these services that is taken for granted.
With the hope of alleviating growing conflicts in class schedules and better utilizing existing classroom space, the University of La Verne is exploring the possibility of changing its scheduling for daytime classes from four to five days a week.
An effort by the Registrar’s Office to make registration a less time consuming and easier process will be instated for Fall pre-registration. The idea is to “spread out time for students to pre-register,” said Marilyn Davies, registrar.
