The end of the semester is rapidly approaching, and along with last minute reports and finals come report cards. Every student receives a grade that reflects his capability, effort and comprehension in a certain area. The Campus Times feels that the Associated Student Federation (ASF) Forum, which is placed under a microscope week after week, should also be given a grade for its efforts to plan and organize events that pertain to the interests of the student body.

The Associated Student Federation (ASF) Forum convened in the West Dining Room Wednesday, delivering constituency/liaison reports and committee plans.

The Campus Safety Department and the Associated Student Federation (ASF) Forum has co-sponsored a Whistle Safety Program to increase the safety on campus.

It is known that many students are out by themselves after dark, whether it is studying at the library late or walking from Brandt to Stu-Han. Students cannot protect themselves enough.

Home is supposed to be a place to feel safe. It is the place to go to after a long hard day, and just being there should warm the heart. But unfortunately for many students, home is a residence hall and for the women at Brandt Hall, that home is not very comforting or safe right now.

At its Wednesday meeting, the Associated Students Federation (ASF) Forum voted to change bylaws to the Constitution, discussed activities, future elections and gave committee reports.
