Lavernapalooza
Lavernapalooza, the annual concert event, will be held at 7:30 p.m. May 8 at the Fox Theater in Pomona. This year’s headliner is rap star Big Sean. The concert will be at 7:30 p.m. on May 8.
Tickets are free for undergraduate students only. For others, it is $40.

‘Into the Woods Jr.’
The University of La Verne Choral Organization is presenting “Into the Woods Jr.,” an adapted version of the popular musical created by Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine. The show will begin at 7 p.m. May 10 in Morgan Auditorium.
Tickets will be sold at the door for $20.

Early Music Ensemble
The Harvey Mudd Early Music Ensemble will host a concert featuring European Middle Ages and Renaissance music. The concert will be at 7 p.m. Sunday in Drinkward Recital Hall on the Harvey Mudd campus.

‘SoCal Critters’
The American Museum of Ceramic Art in Pomona is hosting a new exhibition of ceramic animals by artist Howard Pierce. The exhibit and event aim to raise awareness of local wildlife and conservation efforts.
The gallery is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the exhibit runs until June 29.
Tickets are $5 per person or $15 per group of four.
