Everyone is a winner when it comes to benefiting a philanthropic cause, but only one team was declared the winner at Phi Delta Theta’s Spike Out ALS volleyball tournament.
The brothers of Phi Delta Theta came together for a full 24 hours, raising awareness for their philanthropic cause amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, better known as ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease.
What used to be a single day event turned into a week full of games and fun as the men of Phi Delta Theta raised money and awareness for the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Foundation.
People of all ages gathered on Sunday at the University Mall to participate in the Walk to Defeat Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease.
