Registering its second win against an East Coast opponent in as many meetings, the University of La Verne baseball team beat both William Patterson University, 4-3 on Wednesday, and the Montclair State Red Hawks, the 1998 Division III runners-up, 5-4, on March 9. The wins improved ULV’s overall record to 12-3.
