Sticks were dug into the ground late last month during Earth Week proclaiming "ULV Recycles." This came as a shock to many students, because rumor had it that the University of La Verne does not recycle.
We can all be accused of taking things for granted, especially our basic needs, like a roof over our heads, food and water. But for those students who live in Stu-Han, especially Wing Four, water has become a basic nuisance, and hot water has become scarce.
Last year when I signed up for campus housing, I debated whether to live in Stu-Han or the Oaks. I opted for Stu-Han, not only because most of my friends live there or because of how close it is to yummy Davenport Dining Hall, but because it is never boring in Stu-Han.
The Associated Students Federation (ASF) Forum convened in the West Dining Room Wednesday, electing new members to the Forum and finalizing plans for the upcoming Holiday Dinner.
