With their minds fixed on earning a bid to this year’s national tournament, members of the University of La Verne golf team strayed from their rollercoaster ways to display a lukewarm performance at this season’s Kingsmen Invitational March 22-23 at La Purisima Golf Course in Lompoc, Calif.

After struggling early in conference play with a lackluster performance against Pomona-Pitzer, it seems that the University of La Verne golf team has found its swing.

Bewildering slopes, untimely bad breaks, and, worst of all, their own inner demons haunted the University of La Verne golf team in its first Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference match this season.
