A man is being sought and a woman was taken into custody Saturday after allegedly breaking into and attempting to steal a Mac computer from an office in Miller Hall, Campus Safety said in an email Monday.
The apparent theft of a set of master keys to the University’s residence halls, and other campus facilities, has led to a security breach that has so far cost the University $7,000, and will ultimately cost much more.
A Macintosh computer tower and keyboard were taken from the graduate lab in Mainiero Building on Saturday, said John Lentz, director of campus safety and transportation.
