The Friday Nights Live concerts will start at 6 p.m. at three outdoor locations in the Claremont Village Friday – at the Claremont Square Public Plaza at 101 N. Indian Hill Blvd., at Shelton Park at the corner of Bonita and Harvard avenues, and in front of Claremont Chamber of Commerce patio at 205 Yale Ave. Admission is free.

Flyway at Fox
The Flyway at Fox Rooftop in downtown Pomona will host a hip-hop vs. reggaeton party from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday.
You must be 18 years or older to enter. The event is presented by Eightblockent.

‘Mean Girls’
Claremont High School Theatre is putting on a production of “Mean Girls.”
The hilarious musical focuses on the life of a modern teenager, the typical high school, and so much more.
The show opens May 30 and runs through June 1 at Bridges Auditorium on the Pomona College campus, with matinee and evening performances.
Tickets are $15 for students and $20 for general admission.

‘SoCal Critters’
The American Museum of Ceramic Art in Pomona is hosting a new exhibition of ceramic animals by artist Howard Pierce. The exhibit and event aim to raise awareness of local wildlife and conservation efforts.
The gallery is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the exhibit runs until June 29.
Tickets are $5 per person or $15 per group of four.
