Graduating seniors not only have to be concerned about their classes, grades and the required credits for graduation, but also have to worry about their future careers.

For the seniors here at the University of La Verne, their collegiate careers are coming to an end. That end is nearing, and in no time at all, it will have passed. They will soon be looking at the beginning, the beginning of their futures and the start of a new career.

From the first day a college student steps onto campus, they look forward to the day of graduation. This is the day that students work so hard for. This is the final day to recognize all of that hard work.

As candidates for graduation from the University of La Verne, graduates are invited to participate in Commencement Ceremonies on the weekend of May 26 and the 27. ULV will issue diplomas to approximately 2,000 graduates this year and about 1,300 graduates will participate in both ceremonies.

One enters college thinking that there will be four long years of tedious studying, annoying roommates and boring professors.

Senior Survival Seminar. The event seemed initially unnecessary, and its context intimidating, but the lessons it brought Wednesday to an estimated 30 University of La Verne seniors can be considered more than priceless.
