The University of La Verne Athletic Department held a series of nutrition presentations called “NCAA Champs/Life Skills Program” for the athletes and coaching staff on March 3.
New coaches desire successful season
La Verne football has taken huge strides to make this season one to remember as three additional coaches were welcomed to ULV. Although they are new to the Leopards coaching staff, they are not new to the game of football.
Chi Delta Omicron gains official Greek status
Chi Delta Omicron is now officially a fraternity at the University of La Verne and has been recognized as such for about a month. It has five official members who comprise the executive board of their fraternity and they are expecting to gain more members this spring.

Chi Delta seeks official recognition
Last spring, Chi Delta Omicron was an idea in the works. This fall it has been recognized as a campus organization at the University of La Verne, and if things go as planned, by next spring it will be officially recognized as a fraternity in the Greek community.
Fitness Center undergoes makeover
The renovation of the Hanawalt Fitness Center, featuring new and improved equipment and an outside weight lifting area, is in its final stages.
