Vista residents are awaiting the dreaded email to let them know what day they have to begin parking in the off-campus shuttle lot, anticipated for some time this month after all of the renovations are done to that lot, thus beginning another chapter in the ULV parking rigamarole

Over spring break the Vista residents got a nasty surprise in the form of an email. Effective next semester, all Vista residents will be required to park in the shuttle lot on A Street rather than in parking lot D behind the residence hall.

ULV has given students an option of using a shuttle to get to school but students and employees are not taking advantage of this marvelous, free option of transportation.

With the glut of new students on campus this fall, the small University’s challenging parking situation has become even more challenging.

Members of the La Verne Police Department spent eight hours Tuesday on rapid deployment tactical training exercises, which took place in an empty warehouse at the south end of A Street.

With the construction starting on the University of La Verne’s new dorms, students eagerly await the new housing that will be available to them.
