Silverlake in Pomona

The doors will open at 6 p.m. Friday for the Silverlake in Pomona performance at the Glass House and Aladdin Jr. in downtown Pomona. Featured artists include White Arrows, Super­humanoids, Gliss, Vana­prasta, Hands, Modern Time Machines, Light FM, Stone Darling and Future Ghost. Tickets cost $10 online or $12 at the door. Holiday Art

Holiday Street Scene

Tonight beginning at 6 p.m. and tomorrow beginning at noon, the Avenues of Art and Design will hold the Holiday Walk on the Avenues in West Hollywood. Shoppers are invited to stroll through shops on Melrose Avenue to get special discounts and enjoy free food and hors d’ouevres at participating businesses. Lewis Family Playhouse
