University of La Verne officials have requested that the city allow the Hoover Annex, a temporary classroom facility, to stand for at least one more year.
Founders renovations leave space
Next September, the Hoover Building will become the new home to the Behavioral Science department, CAPA and John Gingrich, dean of the College of Arts and Sciences. A decision process will then take place to determine which departments will be moving into the empty spaces in Founders Hall.
Modules provide needed classrooms
In an effort to solve the problem of limited classroom space, seven modules were constructed in the University Mall this summer. The modules, adjacent to the Hoover Building are officially called the Hoover Annex.
