Upon returning to school earlier this month, University of La Verne students were exposed to something they had never seen before: a recycling program that is not only up and running, but actually benefiting the school.

The spotlight that once shined down on the members of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity has been dimmed and the pace of activity on campus has slowed.

The dancing lights flicked shadows upon the stark white pins that were waiting patiently for the next player. As the black lit lanes sparkled, so did the bright neon bowling balls that the University of La Verne students racked up on the machines.

Excitement loomed last Friday and Saturday night among the University of La Verne Chorale and Chamber singers when they performed in the two-night concert "Songs of Broadway."

Following allegations of logistical problems and rumors of voter manipulation, the Associated Student Federation Forum elections were postponed last week and held this Tuesday and Thursday.
