Imagine sitting in a cell, in a foreign country, being accused of a crime and not understanding why. The language is unfamiliar; there is no one to help. You do not know your rights. Do you have any rights? Or imagine being robbed, mugged or attacked. Do foreigners have rights? If so, what are they? What can be done? How can this be avoided?

The sun is hot; midterms are here, which means spring break cannot be far away. Classes will be out and beaches all over will soon be the destination of most college students.

Plans for spring break vary from one student to the next. So what's on their agenda? Spring break is coming soon, and the week of April 17 through the 24 will be one to remember.
