Audiences have watched as the candidates have bounced insults and ideas off each other and reacted on-the-spot to criticism.

Despite all the negative, sometimes irrelevant, garbage that both parties have been throwing at each other before the debate, I believed that President Barack Obama and Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney would take those 90 minutes to present their plans for the future of this country in a nice, civil, mature manner.
Kudos to President Obama for voicing his approval of gay marriage. It was a courageous act, considering the incredible bigotry and hatred that some people are directing at our LGBT brethren.
While I was hoping for a complete reversal of the disastrous Bush administration, the summary of the Obama administration is simple: America, change takes time.
