Two of the University of La Verne’s regional campuses will close as part of the University’s cost-cutting measures, university officials announced earlier this month. 

The University of La Verne Bakersfield campus relocated to a new space further west this fall, allowing for expansion in size and programs to be offered to students over 25.

Professor Carolyn Banks is not only a professor at the University of La Verne, but teaches at other sites as well and still manages to have a life outside of work.

University of La Verne faculty and staff, and local chamber of commerce members gathered last Thursday at the School of Continuing Education (SCE) in Garden Grove to welcome prospective students at the monthly open house held in the Higher Education building.

The University of La Verne's School of Continuing Education celebrated its 30th anniversary at its offices in Upland on Wednesday.
