Free Kids’ Concert

The music department kicks off its Kids Music Club concert series with “Bring Your Hands – Bring Your Ears!” Musicians Jon and Cindie Rothe, will lead this journey through music and sound to kids of all ages. The 45-minute concert will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday in Founders Auditorium. It is free for the whole family.

Got Curves?

“Real Women Have Curves” continues every night at 7:30 p.m. through Saturday in the Dailey Theatre. Matinee performances will be held at 2 p.m. on Oct. 2-3. Tickets for general admission are $8. Tickets are $5 for faculty, staff and seniors and students are $3.

International Music

The BG Brothers, an internationally known guitar trio from Bulgaria, will play at 8 p.m. on Oct. 8 in Founders Auditorium. Tickets are $5 for general admission and students are free.

Scareplex at the Fairplex

From the creators of Queen Mary’s “Shipwreck” comes the “Scareplex Halloween Horror” Fest. The event includes four mazes and will take place at 7 p.m. Oct. 8-10, 15-17, 22-24 and 28-31 at the Fairplex in Pomona. Admission is $13 per person for the first weekend and $20 per person for each remaining weekend.

Volkswagen Show

The 2nd Annual Inland Valley Oktober Volksfest will take place at 8 a.m. Oct. 9 at Bobby Baja’s Mesquite Grill in Rancho Cucamonga. More information at www.ivvw.org.
