Comedy Show

The Public Interest Law Foundation will present a comedy show and silent auction at 6 p.m. on March 19 in the Ludwick Conference Center in the Campus Center. Tickets are $15 if purchased by Thursday and $20 at the door.

Latino Student Forum Events

Ann Hills, associate professor of Spanish, will present a lesson on “Spanglish “ on March 25. For more information, e-mail Hills at ahills@laverne.edu. LSF and AASA will also host a Caribbean Collaboration at 10 p.m. on April 1 in Davenport.

A Band For Hope

CAB and ASULV will host A Band For Hope, where students can make bracelets for cancer patients at St. Jude Hospital at 11 a.m. on March 30 in front of the Campus Center.

Afghanistan Symposium

The panel will discuss “What Makes States Successful? “ from April 15 to April 17. The event is being presented by the University of La Verne College of Law. For more information, call 909-460-2018.
