Winter Formal Ticket Sales
La Verne’s 2012 Winter Formal, with the theme “Young, Wild and Free,” will be held from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. March 2 at Seven Degrees in Laguna Beach. Tickets are on sale for $25 in the Office of Student Life. Tickets will be sold for $30 at the door on the night of the event. For more information call 909-593-3511, ext. 4422. ‘Pass it On’

Bird Watching
The Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden will offer Beginning Bird Walk, a free bird watching event, at 8 a.m. March 4. The event takes place on the first Sunday of every month from September through June. The Botanic Garden offers many events and activities. For more information visit rsabg.org.
