Louise Kelly, professor of management and leadership, presented “Unleashing the Authentic Leadership of Hispanic Managers in the US Context Through Emotional Intelligence, Resiliency, and Mindfulness” Tuesday in the Quay Davis Board Room.

The University of La Verne College of Business’s integrated business program offers students the opportunity to create a business plan, make their own company, obtain adequate funding, and sell their products with all proceeds going to local charities. 

Assistant Professor of Management William Luse discussed “Mentorship and the Transition to Remote Work During Early Stages of the COVID-19 Pandemic” before an audience of about 30 Tuesday in the Quay Davis Executive Board Room. 

University of La Verne students, faculty and staff filled the Johnson Family Plaza last Wednesday, awaiting the University’s annual Convocation.
