‘Big Screen Barbershop’

The University of La Verne music department presents barbershop choruses at 6 p.m. Friday in Morgan Auditorium. Carol and the Belles and 3rd St. Sound will produce a combined ensemble highlighting music songs from movies. There is a $10 suggested donation and students are free.

Senior Video Screening

The communications department will screen the department’s senior broadcast video projects at 8 p.m. Saturday in LaFetra Auditorium. The videos feature horror, thriller, comedy, documentary and news.

Musical Theater

ULV Voice Instructor Carol Stephenson will direct a musical theater showcase at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in Morgan Audi­tor­ium. Admission is free.

‘In the Mood’

The Carlson Gallery presents “In the Mood: Photography and the Everyday” through May 29. This is a group exhibition in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the gallery.

Friday Nights Live

The city of Claremont presents Friday Nights Live featuring live performances by Claremont Voodoo Society, High Strung Band and Technopagan from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at the Claremont Village.

Ceramic Exhibition

The American Museum of Ceramic Art celebrates its 10th year anniversary featuring its latest exhibition, “Honoring the Past, Embracing the Future” through June 28. Gallery hours are noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.
