Psi Chi Conference
Psi Chi invites any undergraduate student, graduate student or faculty member who has participated in research to present at the student research conference on April 16. The theme of the conference is multiculturalism. All posters must relate to some aspect of the theme, including topics as gender, race, ethnicity or religion. The deadline for submission is midnight March 20. Students who submit their work to the conference must agree to being available for the entire conference.
Faculty Lecture Series
Joan Branin, professor of health services management, will present her lecture, “Evaluation of a Promotora Education Training Program to Promote Disability Knowledge, Referrals, and Use of Community Resources among Hispanic Immigrants” as the next entry in the faculty lecture series on March 21 in the President’s Dining Room. There will not be a faculty lecture on Monday due to spring break. The series is sponsored by the Faculty Research Committee and the La Verne Academy.
