‘Distancing’

The Carlson Gallery in Miller Hall is featuring the exhibit “Distancing” by Kes Efstathiou. The silkscreen, landscape photographs will run through Dec. 14. Admission is free.

Holiday Spectacular

The University Chorale and Chamber Singers will celebrate the holidays while performing traditional, classic Christmas songs at their annual holiday concert at 6 p.m. Dec. 9 in Morgan Auditorium. Admission is free.

Tall Wall Space

“Edifice Artifice” by Cole M. James is on display in the Tall Wall Space in the Arts and Communications Building. Materials include velvet, lace and glitter among others. The exhibit runs through May 17, 2019. Admission is free.

‘The Perfect Christmas’

The Candlelight Pavilion Theater is hosting a Christmas themed musical dinner theater titled, “The Perfect Christmas.” After the performance, Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus will stay to meet guests, as is tradition. For tickets and information, call 909-626-1254.

Senior Art Exhibit

The art department is hosting “Wumbology,” the 2018 senior art exhibition, in the Harris Gallery through Thursday. The exhibit features the work of 10 different graduating senior art majors. Admission is free.

Chinese Lantern Fest

The Fairplex in Pomona will hold a Chinese Lantern festival with handcrafted lanterns, live with martial arts and other various activities through Jan. 6, 2019. For ticket information visit fairplex.com.

Candlelight Pavilion prepares for its final curtain

The Candlelight Pavilion, a dinner theater in Claremont, will close its doors permanently on March 20 after 37 years, which included productions of "Cats," "My Fair Lady" and Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story," among many others.
