Last Friday evening, Founders Auditorium resounded with the melodies of an unlikely quartet. The concert was free, and tunes ranged from classical to Sousa marches. The cellists played original compositions as well. This all worked with the talent of four cellists — Trinna Carey, Rick Mooney, Ana Maria Maldonado, and Kyle Champion. After the concert several grade school children went up to the musicians and handed each of them bouquets of flowers. / photo by Isela Peña
