‘The Skin of Our Town’

“The Skin of Our Town,” a play featuring senior theater major Stacey Williams and presented by Dharma Burlesque, runs through Sunday at Galaxa Studios at 3707 Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles. The show, written and directed by Kate Noonan, will be performed tonight and tomorrow at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 4 p.m. Tickets are $15. For more information, call (213) 660-8587.

Friends of First Street

The Friends of First Street Gallery Art Center will present its annual art show through Jan. 2. Featured will be the drawing and painting of Helen Rae. An open house to meet the artists will be held on Dec. 9 from 1 to 3 p.m. The gallery is located at 250 West First Street, Suite 120, in Claremont. Music Opening
