‘Revolución Visual – Visual Revolution’

The dA Center for the Arts will hold its grand opening event for the “Revolución Visual – Visual Revolution” exhibit, which tells a visual story about Chicano and LatinX resistance, from 6 p.m.- 9 p.m. Sunday. Pieces from collector Jaime Gutierrez and curator Yasmin Cardona will be displayed along with performances from musician Gerardo Morales and poet Linette Luna Tovar. The dA Center is located on 252 S Main St in Pomona. The Glass House

The Deja Vu tour will take stage in Pomona featuring headliners The Mission, an English gothic rock band, and special guests The Chameleons and Theatre of Hate on Friday. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $28 and will raise to $30 the day of the show. For more information visit theglasshouse.us.

June Hardwood

The Benton Museum of Art, in partnership with the June Harwood Charitable Trust, is displaying Hardwood’s paintings, highlighting her career as an under-recognized figure in the Los Angeles Hard-Edge movement during the 1960s. Claremont Packing House

The Claremont Packing House will host its weekly gallery market from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday. New contemporary art, makers and craftsmen will set up to display their creative works. Admission is free. For more information, visit claremontpackinghouse.com.
